4:00 PM  Check in opens/students Arrive

4:30 PM  Start of Program & Welcome

4:45 PM  Start Stations – Rotation 1

5:15 PM  Rotation 2

5:45 PM  Rotation 3

6:15 PM  Rotation 4

6:45 PM  Rotation 5

7:15 PM  Rotation 6

7:45 PM  Program ends, Bus Pick-up

8:00 PM  Finish Clean-up and Close Site

     

Clothing/Food  

Students must wear closed toe shoes and long pants.  Clothing should otherwise be casual.  The event is outside so a jacket is recommended.   Safety vests and goggles will be provided.   

 

Pizza will be provided by ACE  

Bus/Parking/Permission Forms:

We are hoping that all teams share a bus with another team close and near by!  Plan early.  Talk with our team coordinator.
